Please read the email in detail to make sure the date, time, cell phone number and addresses are correct, or call us back if you don't receive it in the next five minutes. When it's 1-3 (4-7 or 8-14) people we send a nice car (SUV or Shuttle) to pick you up like a Lincoln MKZ (Lincoln Navigator or Mercedes Sprinter).

“I'll just use Uber/Lyft”
We're a lot more reliable than Uber and Lyft, so you don't miss your flight — they often cancel last minute, surge to double the price when there's a driver shortage, and sometimes there are just no drivers. With us it's a private, door-to-door ride locked in on your schedule. Want me to set it up for you?
“How are you different / I'll shop around”
We do pretty much the same thing, except we're a private door-to-door service — we go anywhere and it's just you or your family in a nicer vehicle, not a van full of strangers stopping all over town. And we run 24/7 on your schedule. Would you like a quote?
“That's too expensive”
Keep in mind we're no-sharing and non-stop in a nicer vehicle with better drivers — faster, safer, and more convenient, door-to-door 24/7 on your schedule. You're not getting squished into a van stopping repeatedly or paying double for a taxi from a bus stop. Would you like me to set it up for you?
“Super Shuttle / shared van is cheaper”
A lot of folks mention that — but Super Shuttle actually went bankrupt about two years ago, and most of the shared-ride companies that did $40-50 rides went under during COVID. With gas prices up, the smaller companies left are usually more expensive, and you get a private door-to-door ride with us instead of a shared van. Would you like me to set it up for you?
“Greyhound / bus is cheaper”
Greyhound is cheaper, but they only run once a day to a couple cities, you can only buy online, and it takes about twice as long with all the stops. With us it's a private, direct, door-to-door ride on your schedule — we save you hours and you're not squished in with a crowd. Want me to set it up for you?
“Cheaper to drive & park myself”
Totally understand wanting the best value. When you factor in everything — gas, the $30/day airport insurance, the 15% in taxes and fees, plus parking — a private shuttle usually comes out less overall, and you're not driving tired after a flight. It's door-to-door, no sharing. Should I go ahead and set it up?
“I need to check first (spouse / schedule)”
No problem — I can pull up and hold your reservation now, we don't require a deposit, and you can adjust anything later. I'll send a screenshot confirmation and you can pay with a debit card. That way your spot and price are locked before they fill up.
“What's your cancellation / refund policy?”
You can always reschedule for free as long as the driver isn't en route. If you need a refund: 70% back if you cancel more than 48 hours before pickup, 60% between 24-48 hours, 50% between 4-24 hours, and no refund under 4 hours or once the driver's on the way. I don't handle refunds myself, but it's easy — just reply to the cancellation email, type "Refund," and it goes straight to management.
